could still be a stuck float. mine did that once or twice after I rebuilt it. I taped it with a hammer and it stoped and hasn't done it again since and runs great.

thanks reddogg for info. when you rebuilt your carbs how did you set float level i did not get any paer work or diagram

Most likely your float level. You need to pull the carb or carbs, pull the bowl/bowls, flip the carb/carbs upside down. Then check to see if the floats are level with the bottom of the carb bowl mounting surface. This "should" fix leaking, but if the seats are worn or the needles are gummed up, it will likely keep leaking. Hope that helps
