just got a 70 hp evinrude starts and idles fine put it in the water and give it gas and bogs down. got it home took drain plugs out of carbs fuel looks milky took one off took bowl off and theres milky looking cheap all inside there.can i just get carb cleaner and spray them down or should i just rebuild them.
p.s had the same thing happen with my 50h.p but the guy i got it from just gave me good carbs for it.
