I took my carb apart to clean and check its a rochester 2bbl on a 351. How many turnes out on the needle valves should I start with?

yea I got it running outside now. Started with 2 turns still a little boggie. So I got 2 1/4 now seems ok. How much diff will it be with a load on it?
