Good Evening,
I have a problem with an alarm connected to my ignition. I believe it is a carbon monoxide alarm. It usually turns off after the engine starts but now it won't shut off! It is super loud! My boat is a 95 Searay Sundancer, 25 ft. thanks!

Re: carbon monoxide alarm malfunction

Most people don't have a carbon monoxide alarm attached to their ignition, most CO alarms are on all the time. Are you sure your not talking about an engine alarm? Low oil pressure or high water temp or low lower unit lube? Could be a false alarm but you need to check it out, check the lower unit lube resevoir first (in the engine compartment).
