Carpet by the yard

Is there a place to buy marine carpet with the rubber backing by the yard rather than a custom made package? We have a binder and can install snaps. We went to Lowes, but all they had was outdoor carpet without a rubber backing. If you are gluing down that carpet, it would probably be okay. Where we are using snaps,you need a stronger backing. Any help is appreciated. Dave-R
