SS Mayfloat,<br /><br />Go with the Stihl, when I worked for the Federal Gov. in Australia their preferred chainsaw or weedeater were Stihls as they were the only make that stood up to the incredible misuse that was handed out to them by some of our employees, I have seen units run in dust without airfilters, incorrect oil and fuel mixes, you name it, these blokes have done it. My brother inlaw ran his Stihl weedeater for 10 years on TCW-2 outboard oil without knowing he should have used the correct aircooled oil, now 18 yrs old still going. I run Stihl chainsaws and weedeaters, both nearly 20 yrs old still going strong, as a matter of interest a lot of the chainsaw motors were made in the USA don't know if this is still the case.<br /><br />Bob
