changefrom #3 inch riser to a 4 inch

hello again guys, on my 1985 carver montego, i have the #3 riser i dont like the water outlet it just too small. , is there a kit i could use where one end of the elbo that fits over the riser end measure 4 inch , then the other that goes in the horn outlet has three inches???

how would you guys do it, four inch risers has a bigger water outlet = water leave the engine more quick.

i think i found what i am looking for at ebasicpower part # MER807153T, IF THERE IS A CHEAPER WAY TO DO THIS LET IT OUT GUYS LOL

There's Little or No differences in the Water Outlets between the 2,........

It's the diameter of the Exhaust Outlet that changes.............

And,......
I seriously Doubt you'll see Any difference.........
