I posted this question in the wrong forum earlier hopefully I can get some more responses here.

I have a 1964 Glastron Futura V-150 with a 66 Johnson 100hp. The previous owner cut off the old steering wheel and never replaced it so now all thats left is a stub where the wheel should be. The steering seems to work though when I turn the engine by hand the remanants of the steering wheel turn so Im thinking I just need to install a new wheel. Thats where you guys come in. Im I going to need a steering wheel pulley or is this just a nuts and bolts kind of thing? Im pretty sure its rotary steering but I could be wrong. Thanks in advance for any help!

Autozone has a tool program that is free. You put down a deposit, use the tool, and get your money back when you return it. They don't care if you return it or not since the deposit is the cost of a new tool.:D It's still free if you return it however.
