changing to buddy bearings

I got this boat yesterday it has been sitting for 6 years, so i'm sure it probably needs new bearings. I towed it 30 miles home yesterday it seams ok but i don't like that it doesn't have buddy bearings. Can they be easily install when you replace the bearings?

Probably can't answer this one but do they look to be 1" 3/8's

Yes, you just replace the dust caps with the bearing buddy caps.
