Chapter 11 for Evinrude and Johnson?

I heard from an ex Evinrude dealer that Evinrude is still having big problems with Ficht and also a major problem with there oil injection and are giving 5 year warrentee's knowing that they won't be around in 5 years, has anyone heard any stories like that? I don't find it that hard to belive.
