question, when i am running my 64' 9.5 johnson i noticed that the choked moves in and out ( out when trolling at low speed and in when running full out ). is it supposed to do that?
the choke is used just for starting, and not during running. once the motor has warmed up, it should run at all speeds with the choke pushed in. if it will not you have a fuel delivery problems.
