Chrysler 70hp will not go WOT

I bought a boat with no prior boat owning knowledge. It will idle well and go in and out of gear. Once I go full throttle it will bog out and stall. I can stay half throttle and not get on plain but once I go WOT it dies. I replaced all the fuel lines. Did the fuel pump kit. New spark plugs. Has new ignition pack. I am very frustrated and about to bring it into a mechanic. Can anyone help me?! Like I said idles fine will drive half throttle. Once the hammer goes down the engine bogs and if I don't pull back it stalls.

Have you tried adjusting the carbs at all? I had a similar problem with mine and it turned out to be the carbs.
