Chrysler Hydro-Vee Boat

I have a 1979 Chrysler 18' fiberglass boat. What's involved in replacing the rotted wood inside the transom area? Also replacing floors and side boards......Note: at one time it looks like it had a fixed fuel tank, which is now missing. Thanks For All And Any Help!
