Anybody know what to do to get this beast started? Been sitting for over 2 years, I drained old gas and cleaned(what I think) up carbs. They leak out fuel when trying to fire up, dont know why. Had started once, let sit for a week, then would not start back up. Where can I find parts for it, and is it worth the money to have it serviced? Thanks.

Mornin' Hardkorefishing,
(Oops! it's afternoon here)

Here are a couple of links that could help:
http://www.precisionserv.com/Outboards/Revitalization.htm
http://www.homestead.com/dolphinmarineservice/Tech.html

Might suggest first option to pick up a manual. You might be able to get one here at iboats. Check the link at the bottom of the page. other sources for a manual might be:

http://www.hurrikain.com/Chrysler-manuals-outboards.htm
http://www.geocities.com/thetropics/cabana/3135/sail_manual.html
http://www.kencook.com/

Parts might be found at:
http://outboardparts.com/
http://www.fairwindsmarina.com/chryslerpage.htm
http://www.geocities.com/thechryslercrew/

Out of the gate, sounds like you need a carb rebuild. Sounds like the float doesn't.

Do you have spark?
Also. Before going to far on this ol' girl, strongly suggest to check compression.

Good Luck
HAVE FUN!
