Let me start by admitting that I really don't know what I'm doing on this boat. I managed to replace the starter, the engine bilge switch and some bad wiring last week on a Bravo 7.4. The boat had been sitting on the lift for about 4 months collecting dust. The engine bilge switch was also faulty and periodically water accumulated in the bilge that I drained manually. Before the starter failed everything was working fine.

The engine runs fine now but when I hit the trim switch the only think I hear is a click from somewhere in the stern and there is no movement of the drive. The same thing happens with the trailer switch.

I really don't have any idea where to start troubleshooting this one since I don't really have a good grasp how the darned thing is supposed to work. ANY help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks Don...

That's a great reference!

The drive is in a 1990 Searay
