clunk when shifting to forward on 175 blk max
Hi all,<br /> I have been experiencing a strange clunking noise in the lower unit on my 88' model 175 black max. It occurs in forward gear, only after I have had the motor in reverse and revved it to blow grass off the prop. It will engage and idle in forward, then give one "clunk" when I hit the gas. Then everything is fine (until the next time I have to rev it in reverse). Any ideas? Thanks in advance!<br /><br />fofiveoh
