Re: cobia boats??

There are tons of Cobia boats in my area. They are still building them today, so I would say they have been doing something right.

My first race boat was made from a Cobia. Oh well. Anyhow, they were real good boats back in the 60's and early 70's. Then they were bought out and only kind of an average deal, nothing special. Now that Hewes owns them I'd bet the new ones are pretty well built again.

cobia is owned by yamaha, this you can only get on with a yamaha. they aint no grady white or contender, but they are a good boat for the dollar.
