Coil on 1967 Buick V6 155hp

I have no spark at my coil. I would like to replace it for cheap but do not know what my options are. Can anyone help me? It is a very common 3.8L even still used today, can I use an aftermarket one? Please help!

Coil is a coil - nothing marine about it. Local autoparts store can get you what you need right off the shelf. Just get the same type you have(internal/external resistor) now.
