Tell us what you really want to hear and I'm absolutely sure somebody can tell you that. I am certainly not any expert by and stretch or measurement, so all my posts are purely my opinions from experiences... Sorry! :sorry:

Go ahead and paint it Dave-O (is that what you wanted to hear?)

LOL. No judgement on the wife front... are you allowed to build a "Nurseman booth" in your garage? Do you know anyone who has a facility or garage that you can use?

you can put an aluminum MCU - like aluthane - which is often used as a primer, sealer and topcoat on aluminum boats on at temps down to 40 degrees

jc, the boy keeps his boat under a covered carport that he could close in fairly easily... but he's hard headed and won't do it. I pointed out your foam room and nursemans heated paint booth to him and he just scoffed and said y'all work on your boats for years and he wasn't doing that. This is what I have to put up with when I try to help a friend work on his boat.

If it costs more than $12 a gallon he won't buy it.
