Fail. #1 is too low compared to #2 & #3.

A decarbon procedure might bring it up or might not. Depends on why it is low.

There is no normal reading for engines. The only thing mechanics/owners can do is take compression readings every spring and/or fall during commissionings and winterizings to have a comparison for future readings. Unless you owned the engine brand spanking new and took readings often you'll never know what it had out of the box. The #1 cylinder has an issue that needs to be addressed but it may not be catastrophic. As a comparison for you, my Yamaha 200hp has about 115psi on all six cylinders.

Thanx big keepers,for the comment, I need to try and decarb it,& I also believe my upper crankshaft bearing went out could that be why my #1 is low? by the way big keepers thats a nice fish u have there in ur picture.
