I thought maybe this may make someone hungry. :D

This what you start with. You can also add ritz crackers like I did and do half-n-half.
Add some salt-n-pepper. I graded some apple on top of coconut for added taste.

Mix eggs-add salmon strips to egg and rolled into mix..

Fry in virgin olive oil or reg. oil will do.
Sorry no wine on this lunch.. Maybe tonite..
Not much of a drinker of wine or beer.. But that just means it more for you..
Try something new Snapperbait, I too freaked out when I first tried it also, but had to take a bite and to my surprise I liked it.. Not a polite thing to do when at some else's home.. Mom always told me to at least try it, I may like it.. The apple really gives the fish a sweet touch on the tongue.
Thanks

I started collecting this stuff 5 years age when I bought three of those shakers for 75 cents. Here are a few more.

I have some of the old Fireking refrig. keepers too. Looks like you have 2 sets w/lids.. My garbage can is an old #5 crock.. The old canning jars are coming back in style, just the large blue ones with zinc tops lined with milk glass. Do you also have any old spice containers? I have a few and love them..
Do you ever run across any of the black Roman Arch shakers?, I only have the suger shaker that is the same size as the whites.. I usually display them together..

I have a set of Griffiths spice jars but you probably mean Hoosier type spice jars. I have seen the black roman arch shakers quite often this past summer. My sister in Atlanta has a large dining room completely filled with spice jar sets.Old kitchen stuff and a large sellers (Hoosier)cabinet with every option that was available. She has like 2 complete sets of all the Hoosier type jars from many different companies. My old house...the one my ex has... was (is) full of antiques. I even had a hanging kerosene cannonball dining room light that I restored and a 5 or 6 leaf round oak table that she wouldn't give back.

Re: Cooking with Barbie - Coconut Salmon

I have to say it is a sickness trying to collect this stuff, but fun when you find it at a reasonable price.. We bought a Hoosie Cabinet, but it was the pine one. Falling apart so we paid about $125. We had to do restoration work to the flour drawel not bad.. The back panels slipped out of place and needed relined and there was rotten lower section that had to be completely replaced in back.. There was other front facial problems, but easily fixed. We sold it 8myhs later for a profit $525. Now you can't touch them for $1500 or more, I saw a nice oak one and even had the plate on back for $3500.. Antiques are fun and expensive..
As for me I have my small collection of antique fishing stuff..
