Morell sauce tell me more please. We pick them wild here and cook them in garlic/butter.
A good steak sauce is brown suger, soya sauce, and liquid smoke.Make shure you marinade them over night at least.
As for T bone and Porter house steaks good old red meat off the grill is the best.
Stickfingers is pretty good,i ate a famous Daves this weekend and there ribs were grear.i tried 6 of there BBQ sauces and the georgia musteard was really good.
BBQ is pork, period. Cow is just that - cow. For pulled pork, can't beat vinegar, red pepper, and salt, such as that found in the Western NC area or maybe NC Piedmont type.
We get Corky's catered in here at work a lot. I like it but some of Memphis' best BBQ joints are the little family owned places. There is a little shack about a mile from work called Tom's that can dish out some darn fine eatin. It's manned by a bunch of angry black women so you better know what you want when they point at you. Like the soup nazi, but with barbeque.
Next time you grill out hamburgers, mix some of that Corky's sauce in with the hamburger meat. Dems good burgers!
Neely's is excellent. I agree with The Rendezvous, so do most people who have been there, more effort put into atmosphere than their food. Interstate BBQ and Leonard's are very good and Leonard's is and all-you-can-eat BBQ buffet!
