Guys need a little help here...I'm not going to run through the entire ordeal that i've been through here..Lets just say that after all the trouble shooting (months) I've decided to replace these parts... It looks like these are the original Ppack and coils on this motor. and whether they are the culprit or not... its time to replace them....But... I can't seem to get the part numbers to come up..the ppack has 583175 and the coils are 582508 can someone cross these for me? should I go w/ OMC or that other company? Thanks for any help....Just wondering if they could be the wrong parts on this motor.

Your engine is a 1986 50hp Johnson according to its model number.

The original powerpack part number is/was 583175 but has been superseded up to part number 583604. Price is roughly $108.00.

The original and still standing coil part number is 582508. Price is roughly $28.00.

Should you not be able to find the coils on this site or anywhere local, I do have some of them left in my remaining stock. I do not have the powerpack.
