My boat has a Sunbrealla cockpit/mooring cover, if I am storing inside a warehouse is there any reason I should put another cover on top of it? Last year I shrunk wrapped my boat and stored it outside.

Not unless the warehouse has a lot of dirt and/or birds

peel back a corner to let it breath, but still keep the cover on at least. Helps keep any junk from falling in it, as well as the normal dust you will get. There really is no reason not to do that at least, there is no benefit at all to having the cover completely off.

Another cover will help keep your Sunbrella cover from getting dirty.
