I have a 4.3L mercruser that has a cracked block. Can I use a 4.3L block from an automotive application if I change the core plugs and swap everything over? I have new manifolds as well.?

I had a 5.7 that cracked a block and got a re manufactured engine from Auto-Zone for $1647 and no core. 3 year warranty too. They get them from Proformance. Check with them.
