New boater, was out today in 30 ft of water and hit something hard. Didn't seem to hurt much, but went back in and noticed the cone and fin in front of the propeller were pretty dinged up (looks like it sheared a bit off the front, and took some chunks out of the fin), and once out of the water it started to slowly leak grease. I'm new here, and don't know yet how to post pics but I have some if anyone is interested. Thanks in advance for any help anyone might be able to offer

OUCH! Did that years ago, I believe they were able to reuse much of the inner workings of the lower unit, but still not a cheap repair. Good luck.
