Bought a '78 Grtady White 205 Gulfstream as a project boat. Currently rebuilding the engine (IL6 GM 250cui 165HP). The hull is in great shape. There are some cracks in the gel coat in various places. I power washed the fiberglas and it looks like it will clean-up pretty nice. Needs to be compounded and waxed. Is there any way to do something about these cracks in the gel coat? I know the compounding is not going to get rid of them. Any other hints/advice on restoration would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Tony

Tony, Request fiberglass repair booklet from West System. It's free, and I think it covers the type of repair you're wanting to do.
