Running up the 140 in the barrel and once I blew a little water out of the barrel I noticed water pumping out of the leg where an anode had been attached. I'm assuming this is normal but have put bolts in the two holes since I would prefer not to spray the underside of the T&T whenever underway.

That housing is supposed to fill up with water. Put/leave the bolts in.

Yeah, that's what I thought - thanks. Found a couple of nice 1/4-20 stainless bolts to use there.
