. I honestly never thought of it like that but your correct, too many time we hear about the bad service but not about the people and companies that go out of their way to make your experience positive!

Folks there are very good folks out there that still are honorable. But like already stated, the bad news travels faster then good news.

Did they tell him to come back in after 3,000 miles?

Do a search for consumer complaints and Jiffy Lube. It would be the last place I would go to have my oil changed.

The whole point was he had never been there before and they could of peeled him for a job not required !It seems like all the major oil change places have complaints galore.Mistakes can and will be made,i don't like it but were all human .I do my own if I can but if you can find a place that you feel good about great. The worst or stupidest one happened to my buddy who had taken his truck to wallyworld and figured he would get an oil change while he was shopping and they called him back and refused to do it because he had got his truck oiled (undercoating) 6 months earlier.I guess they didn't want to possibly get dirty? The spay doesn't drip,is not all over everything and I had mine done with zero issues with the same oiling!Personally I would of flipped out and called corporate and gave them a blast right there on the spot.
