Dear Abby, <br /><br />I read your recent column on the importance of "tough love," your response to the woman whose grandchildren were allowed by their mother to run wild and wreak havoc. My daughter and her husband do not allow me to spank my grandson. I've found that when he misbehaves, I just take him out for a drive and he settles down rather quickly.
