I've had good luck using amsoil power foam to clean out cars, trucks, weed wackers, lawn mowers & outboards. It made a very noticeable improvement on a 10 year old weed wacker(2 stroke) & a 40 year old chipper(4 stroke B&S) recently.

98000 miles now, minus the twenty when you got together....78000 miles and only 6 oil changes? 13000 miles between oil changes? <br />She was doing better at 10000 between changes ;)

Back when I was in high school in automechanics the auto body teacher had an old pick up that would hardly stay running. He dumped a quart of tranny fluid in it and you couldnt even see the truck for the cloud of smoke. 5 minutes later it was running like brand new. Saw it with my own eyes.

i dont feel safe trying the tranny fluid trick in this motor, its a 99 suzuki v6 190 horse power digital fuel injection... if it were old and carbed, maybe.....
