ill hang my head in shame, as i was off to work, enjoing my freedom, with out a thought as to how it was provided to me.
our radio and papers were silent adout it.
my uncle was on the end of the dock.

Yes, A day of Infamy for sure, God Bless those who served, and those who still serve today, and yes,,, hardly any mention of it on the news. The memory of this event should never be kept so subtle.

I think we all know the high price this Great Nation has had to pay for such a simple profound God given right as FREEDOM. It is something that must be guarded with grit and determination. I forget who said " Those that would give up an essiential Liberty for security deserve neither" But it still rings true today. If we must fight and die to protect what so many others before us have fought and died for than so be it. Sign me up!!!
