Do we have an iboats police with a radar gun, cause me thinks you've been speeding thru the school zones! Looks good, minch...I was productive today as well, but I would have to hang my head in shame if I told you, so I won't...Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. Double A plus, man...

Friderday do not be to impressed I kinda cheated there was a lot of crazing on this console but I did not take it down to the glass. I just dressed it up to get by for the rest of the season then will do a better job this winter. But thank you for your compliments

When I did this on the waverunner, there was a bypass kit I had to install for the bypass. Had something to do with the pump & the sensor. Not sure about the Suzuki. If you don't hear back on this forum, post something over on the Suzuki forum & I'm sure they will head you in the right direction.

Minch, I been researchin this for ya and from everything I've found I truly believe these are the steps you need to follow..

Disconnect the fuel line at the engine and run it till it quits.

1 - Cut and plug the oil line at the engine so that the oil side of the VRO pump will not draw air into its system. Trace the wires from the back of the VRO to its rubber electrical plug and disconnect it.

2 - Trace the two wires from the oil tank to the engine, disconnect those two wires, then remove them and the oil tank.

3 - Mix the 50/1 oil in the proper amount with whatever quantity fuel you have. Disconnect the fuel line at the engine. Pump the fuel primer bulb until fuel exits that hose with the tint of whatever oil you used. Reconnect the fuel hose. Pump the Primer Bulb and re-start the engine.

I've never done it, so I'm NOT speaking from actual experience, just what I've read and told by an actual Marine Tech here in Tulsa.

Do with it as you will!!!

I am relocating my battery to under the console. That is about a 11' total distance from battery to motor connection Will 2 gauge wire be sufficient

Console is looking great and ready for mounting and stuffing...
Yeah, always go a bit bigger than recommended when it comes to boat electrical...especially the main start circuit...
I would spend the bucks for 0 gauge or even OO gauge...

I have to say I love this gun I use a dab of acetone to clean gun when I was done through liner away and tip. I got a few runs I only bought 1.8 tips paint recommended 1.4 to 1.6 and with the pressurized cup I think I should always error on the small size
