deck repair

I have a 1990 galaxi California 17' closed bow I/O. I'm at work and on my phone so I'll leave it short and sweet for now. Wood underneath is all rotted out and I'll be replacing wood and re glassing my self. I'm looking for tips and suggestions on doing the repairs. My first objective is to cut and remove all the damaged wood. I will post pics when I get home.
