Difference between High5 or Laser II

I just purchased a new boat that will have a 115hp Mercury Optimax.<br />My dealer says the High5 is a great prop for water sports, good hole shot, but gives up some top speed to the Laser II which is a good around performer. <br />How much top speed do you think the High5 will give up?

I have been told that every blade after three takes away 1-2 mph. I would guess you would lose 2-4 mph with the High 5.

Actually been there, done that, Im runnung the High five right now, because I like being able to rocket out of the hole with all my gear and a buddy, I in fact have lost about 3-5 MPH at WOT. If I were to fish a tournament, I would run the other prop.<br /><br />We are talking about an 18' Bass Boat with a Merc 150.<br /><br />Just had four people in it this weekend, and it still did a great job of getting up on plane.
