do all mercruiser 4.3's have power steering?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but do all i/o's (spacifically a 1990 mercruiser 4.3) have power steering or is it an option?

Far from an expert here, but I have never seen one without P/S.

Sounds so luxurious. Everything I've owned up till now has either had a tiller or pulleys. If it's anything like my GM truck its very light on the steering.
