I have a 19ft anglar center console just paid $1300.00 for dock space for the season, seems kinda high too me, just wandering what going rate would be?
In some places, that's alot. In others, it's a steal. Was it easy to get? What does marina have? Do you get freshwater, electric, 24 hour security? Bathrooms, showers? In NJ, some marinas would get four or times that $$, while others would get less than half. So I guess the answer is ..."it depends."
Depends on the area, and if there is a line up to get spaces. I just paid 40$ per foot for a serviced slip.10 years ago same marina was charging 63$ per foot, with people on a waiting list.Personaly I don't mind paying,I will get more use out of the boat now that its in the water.

Jim
johnson- I am paying 850 for the season in Pa at Wallenpaupack, and those prices have gone up 20-30% over the past few years due to a lack of slips- was very hard to find a slip for a 23 ft boat this season. So feel good you have a slip (you will use the boat a lot more)and enjoy the summer.
