I believe I have water in my fuel tank. I siphoned about a gallon out and put it in a glass jar.

I have 50:1 premix for my two cycle engine.

The glass jar has about 1/2" of blue color liquid (I assume 2cycle oil and gas) then the next 10 inches is yellow.

Is the lower part all water? Or does the 2 cycle oil seperate from the gas when it is in the tank?

Thanks!

the oil and gas do mix and do not separate...you better dump that gas/water mixture, flush your fuel system, filters, drain carbs, start with fresh fuel, stabilizer like Sta-Bil or Seafoam, run motor to be sure, then double check fuel system. that water can really screw up your motor! good luck!
