I'm actually against laws like this too....no matter how tired I am of the current sag-n-bag trend.

Mr. Price, dressed in a suit, his usual attire at public meetings, said the effort is aimed not only at children, but also grown men who walk around with their underwear exposed

I am glad to see they aren't picking on females that have there thong back above their jean line. That would certainly constitute "Too much underware" since it is about 3/4ths of the entire thing.

As pesonally displeasing I find looking at mens boxers, I think that common sense, not laws should be invoked here. What happens when a naturalist claims that Mr. Price's suit is very offending. And so on.

I would never vote for anyone on a city council that wastes time and money even pondering trash. Oh.... crime, health care, education, taxes must be all taken care of so let's concentrate on dress codes.

I saw a video of a guy running away from police after a robbery... his pants fell the rest of the way down around his ankles, he ate pavement, and the cops were on top of him in seconds. Natural selection comes into play!
