DP-SM GImbal Bearing

I know I used to be able to find them on the transom assemblies on web sites with exploded drawings but they seem to have changed the drawings and I cannot locate the transom assemblies at either iboats, or Doug Russell.

I need to know the correct Gimbal Bearing as well as a good source --- read "least expensive") for the following drive
VOLVO DP-SM -- 1.95
Ser # 4202064937
Prod # 3868913

Volvo Part -- or any alternate supplier part.

I know that the common ones for earlier drives -- the $50-$60 type don't fit my drive.
So I need some assistance.

anyone know the difference between these gimbal bearings

and which one would be correct for the drive above?????

3853807 is the number you want for the OEM bearing, here is the same exact bearing from Sierra for half the price.

I see that 3853807 --- is now 3888555

Just get the Sierra bearing. Volvo and Sierra both use the repackaged Linkbelt bearing
