DPS Drive Knocking

Hello, I have a DPS drive that is knocking when turning. I replaced the bellows and gimbal bearing. Aligned the gimbal and grease as usual. put drive back on and still making the noise when turning left and right. Removed the drive and replaced the U-Joint assembly, crush sleeve and set the rolling torque to 11 in.lbs. Install drive and still making the knocking noise when turning. Any ideas on what I may have missed would be greatly appreciated. I did remove the drive to re-check the alignment and found no issues!

did you use quality u-joints? Volvo uses GKN joints

How’s the steering bush and power steering assembly?

All parts used were OEM and the steering is like new condition.

I removed the drive again this morning to re-check the alignment and now the new seal leaked gear oil into the drive bellow. I can see on the u-joint assembly where it was hitting. There is only one spot that is hitting, seems strange.
