they never need any fluid change , however this is what I would do . raise the motor up , this will make the reservoir full , it is also the time to check for proper level of fluid. the fluid in there is a transmission fluid (oil) . buy a fuel bulb and a hose and pump it out . after replacing the fluide move enging up and down several times to get the bubles out and then check the fluide with the engine up .
