Draining Water

All, I have a 07 Merc 4.3L MPI and operate in fresh water only. Should I drain the water from the engine after each use or leave it in? There are three drains on the engine to make it easy.

If it's supposed to freeze, yes, drain it. IF not, don't worry about it.
