Thing is dry ice is solid so I couldn't figure out how a qtip would be used. Liquid nitrogen is liquid so you can dip a qtip into it.
Since water freezes at 32? that would have been a good trick!I tried adding some water and some alcohol to have a liquid to dip my Q-tip in,

If they used a q-tip, it was probably just some dry ice crystals imbedded in it.
Just buy the liquid nitrogen applicators to remove warts and skin tags, they cost about $15.00 and come with everything needed to freeze off just about anything.

And they aren't cheap.you will have to get a dewar.
Not possible. Will have to buy the nitrogen somewhere and you will have to get a dewar.
Including the nitrogen??
Neither of those are nitrogen.
Actually....no.Yes.

Did you actually read the instructions and ingredient list?![]()
You said it included nitrogen and we said it didn't. Not saying the kit you posted wouldn't work.Different gas at -50, does the same thing.
If you want to stress over it fine, it's a complete kit with everything for a very low cost.
I totally agree with everything you say here. I have only seen liquid nitrogen on a q-tip used or they have these mini sprayers that spray a tiny jet of nitrogen. I can ask my buddy. He is a family practice doc.No, they have a container of liquid nitrogen and dip the swab in that so it's actually liquid on the swab. It turns to gas at -320? F so that's the temperature of the liquid in the swab. Carbon dioxide gases off t about -100 so it wouldn't be as effective for the application being discussed. to be effective it would have to be held on the skin long enough to do damage to more than what you're trying to get rid of. But, to each his own.
