Duplicate Trailer Registration

I recently moved to Washington State and need to register my boat trailer, however they need a registration. Well in Texas all they give you is a receipt of registration a long with your sticker and tell you that you don't need this receipt if you are not commercial...so I probably threw it away. Now how do I get a duplicate? I already searched the State of Texas website and all I could find was how to get a motorized vehicle duplicate registration. Help!!!
