Found the linkage to the timer base was out of adjustment. Lock nut had vibrated to one end of the linkage and the thumbscrew to the other end. Moved the thumbscrew to the middle and locked it down. Took to lake, started right up. No high idle and one push of the enricher. Idled good, and ran better than it ever has. Will need to fine tune timing I guess. Oh racerone, thanks for the luck. Guess it worked.
