Those numbers are about right. As stated, equal is good.

It's okay. I'll measure the compression in the new powerhead on my 9.5 tonight with my guage (guages differ a lot). And let you know, just for comparison.

On the 9.5, equal pressure of 70 PSI will keep running for another 20 years if you decarb annually and all other things are OK.

1973 is the last manufacturing year for the 9.5 series.
