There should be two allen screws attaching this to the throttle arm. There is one that you can see as you open up the control box and one on the underside of the arm so if you just lift it up and out, you'll see it. Don't make the same mistake I did...be sure that after you replace it, everything is seated properly and very tight. It's rough to find yourself on the lake with a very loose throtle control and no throttle response.<br /><br />Jim
