engine block

Need help.

I recently had my engine checked (200hp outboard yam saltwater series 2000year)

They found that no 1 cylinder will require to be rebored.

I live in the cayman islands can anyone

(a) suggest a place in miami i can get this done
(b) roughly how much this will cost
(c) what would have caused this?
(d) prevention once this is done
