Engine Flush After Boating

Hi everyone.

Is there an engine flush that will coat the engine inside (Manifold, High Riser, Ect. Ect.) to protect from corrosion?

I do all my boating in south Florida. After a day of boating, as soon as I get home I hose down the boat with freash water. By the same token, I also flush the engine system. I run the engine for about 10 Minuets, till engine reach warm tempeture.

There is nothing that actually coats the inside with anything, but Salt Away and products like it, do kill the salt and minerals the aid in corrosion.
